Our range finding laser sensors are broadly applied to the operations at various ports including automatic container loading, unloading, automatic track crane auto positioning and anti-collision, navigation and cycle charging, automatic unmanned cargo organization, automatic spray fumigation, automatic empty container inspection, cryogenic container temperature auto monitoring; independently designed a full set of operation processes, developed a overall plan and operable strategies for automated terminal construction where the automatic positioning and collision avoidance of the track crane is also an indispensable part of the automated unmanned terminal, its precise positioning and safety of collision avoidance is especially important.
2.System principle
The key devices of the gantry crane positioning anti-collision device include the laser ranging sensor unit and a reflector. The laser ranging sensor is mounted on one side of the collision avoidance area, and the reflector is mounted on the other side of the collision avoidance area, and the sensor starts up with the continuous measurement mode, through the RS422 port and the two sets of on-off outputs, determines the distance between the laser sensor and the reflector, and output the measured distance value; determine whether the value is less than the first predetermined value, and if the value is less than the first predetermined value, it will output the braking signal/command to stop the gantry crane. If the value is less than the second predetermined value, the deceleration signal/command is output; in the above-described gantry crane anti-collision device, the first predetermined value is smaller than the second predetermined value. The gantry crane anti-collision system also include an alarm device connected to the safe operational distance determination device that receives the braking signal output and gives off an alarm, which can automatically detect and prevent a collision accident in the event of a collision, The anti-collision device can actively put the crane traveling on brake, effectively avoid the occurrence of collision and over-traveling accidents of the lifting equipment. In addition, in process of the application, the non-contact laser ranging sensor device is employed, it features strong anti-interference, accurate positioning, stable and reliable operation, real-time output of RS422 digital data, accurately locates the real-time position of each gantry crane, and automates the port terminal operations, ensuring safe and reliable unmanned operation.
